I deserved it - I did an amazing job for 14 months - drove the initiative and process to create a Strategic Plan, planned/promoted/managed a successful Convention that made a profit, initiated restoring communication with the profession's state governing board, booked an Emmy winning speaker, worked on the premier of an industry-affecting film, engaged the association in social media, rebuilt trust from the members.
